    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing sector.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our customer base.

    Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, roofing products, and services to effectively communicate value to clients.

    Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

    Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.

    Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

    Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

    Qualifications

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the commercial roofing or construction industry.

    Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

    Self Motivated: Strong drive for results with a proactive approach to problem solving.

    Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with roofing systems, materials, and installation processes is a plus.

    Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
