    Nami Nori is looking for an energetic and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our Commissary team! The ideal candidate is ambitious and motivated to provide quality food and service and comfortable acting in a leadership position.

    Nami Nori is the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a world-wide devoted fan following for temaki through “omotenashi”, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.     POSITION SUMMARY

    The Commissary Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the Head Commissary Chef (HCC) with managing and organizing the activities of the commissary kitchen to maintain the highest standards of food quality, cost control and consistency. This includes food production, coaching and training, ordering & inventory, and maintaining department of health standards and compliance with all regulations.
