POSITION SUMMARY
The Commissary Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the Head Commissary Chef (HCC) with managing and organizing the activities of the commissary kitchen to maintain the highest standards of food quality, cost control and consistency. This includes food production, coaching and training, ordering & inventory, and maintaining department of health standards and compliance with all regulations.
