Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospects.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
