  • Responsibilities

    Duties Include:

    Identify and target potential clients in the commercial construction industry.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

    Maintain and expand relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.

    Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

    Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

    Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring long-term client retention.

    Track and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

    Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

    Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and forecast future revenue.

    Job Skills & Qualifications

    Required:

    Three or more years of experience in Business-to-business (B2B) sales or customer service.

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.

    Strong familiarity with varied business functions.

    Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Superior interpersonal skills.

    Flexible approach to challenges.

    Proactive and self-motivated.

    Preferred:

    Experience in the commercial construction industry.

    Graduate degree in a business-related discipline.
