Job Description

CINC is a real estate technology company that provides software and services to real estate teams and agents. Communication tools, such as email, text messaging, voice, and chat, are a foundational component of that toolset that requires a focus on performance and stability. 

We are ideally seeking an experienced developer. Someone with Salesforce development experience is a big plus. This position will include front-end development and back-end development on our Salesforce platform. Working with different integrations and APIs is also a big part of this job. Familiarity with high volume asynchronous processing using batch jobs and queuables is also a huge plus. 

DESCRIPTION: 

• Involved in full-cycle development from start to finish ensuring that your software meets the demands of the business in a lean, agile software development environment. 
• Developing features for the software platform based on business requirements. 
• Interacting with other technology teams to resolve issues and support platforms and systems. 
• Experimenting with new technologies to improve performance and stability. 
• Working with UX design teams to create polished, user-friendly interfaces and features. 
• Collaborating with team members to architect and develop software solutions with a focus on scalability, testing, and maintainability.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce)
• OO Principles and Design
• SQL / SQL Server (SOQL is a plus)
• JavaScript
• HTML/CSS

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED) 

• Cloud application architecture experience (Amazon Web Services)
• Front-end framework experience (LWC)
• Knowledge of responsive CSS web design
