SUMMARY: Welcome all guests providing customer service while admitting guests into the water park. Responsible for maintaining a clean workspace in each booth. Responsible for being the first associate our guests see and assist these guests with their questions while enforcing all policies in a friendly manner. These associates are responsible for ticket and season pass sales. Friendly and informative are the keys to success here!

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Prior customer service preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Being bilingual is a bonus!
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit or walk. The employee could lift a bag that is 50 pounds or more. Typically, the guests' bags are between 15-30 pounds. More than half of employee time on duty is spent outside.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally asked to help another department within the beach and waterpark. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but could be louder during holidays and special events.
