- Monitor media coverage and report on trends or issues that may affect the company’s image.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure content is consistent and engaging.
- Facilitate and manage internal communication within the organization to ensure all staff are informed of important updates.
- Prepare reports on communication strategies and their effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company presentations or press conferences.
- Support the development of marketing and promotional materials.
