    The Communications Agent will be responsible for managing both internal and external communication efforts. The role will focus on providing exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries, managing communication platforms, and ensuring that all messages align with the company’s values and goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding their issues or requests.
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent communication across all platforms.
    • Assist in creating and implementing communication strategies to promote the brand.
    • Maintain and manage communication records and databases.
    • Monitor and report on customer feedback and communication trends.
    • Assist with crisis communication when necessary.
    • Work with the PR team to manage and support media relations.
