Nexmos Design is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our client events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about event coordination and customer service. This role will work closely with the Events Manager and creative teams to ensure seamless event execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, organization, and coordination of events and campaigns
Maintain timelines and ensure project deadlines are met
Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients regarding event logistics
Prepare and organize materials and supplies needed for each event
Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure everything runs smoothly
Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
Perform administrative tasks related to event coordination and client communication

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
Prior experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
