Nexmos Design is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless internal and external communication, maintaining client relationships, and supporting our mission of delivering outstanding services. This position does not involve social media management but focuses on building effective communication channels and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate and consistent messaging.
• Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve communication practices.
• Support the management team with ad hoc communication-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in communications, client relations, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
