We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring consistent messaging, maintaining brand voice, and fostering engagement across all channels.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement communication strategies aligned with company objectives
Draft, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, press releases, presentations, and internal updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and initiatives
Maintain and update internal documentation, FAQs, and communication templates
Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports
Assist in the planning and execution of events and employee engagement activities
Ensure brand consistency across all written and visual materials
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of professional experience in a communications role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication tools (e.g., internal messaging platforms, email marketing software)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
