SharpContra is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing communications strategies, both internally and externally. As a key player in our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our company’s communication efforts to ensure a consistent and effective message across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
Coordinate and manage content creation for newsletters, press releases, and other communications materials
Maintain consistent and clear communication across all departments
Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials
Manage communication with external stakeholders, including media, clients, and partners
Organize and execute events and campaigns to improve brand visibility and engagement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management
Ensure all communication materials align with the company’s brand and voice
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Communications Coordinator or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
Creative thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
