    OVERVIEW

    The Communications & Creative Content Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the Communications & Creative Content Director in executing communication strategies and creating engaging content across various platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented and creative individual who can collaborate effectively with team members, manage projects efficiently, and contribute to the development of compelling content that resonates with our external audiences.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support the Communications & Creative Content Director in developing and implementing communication plans to support organizational objectives.
    • Assist in the creation and curation of content for various channels, including websites and social media.
    • Management of the editorial calendar, including scheduling and publishing content across different platforms.
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content development and strategy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and community engagement to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Creation and management of the Marketing events calendar
    • Assist in the development of the CCS (Communications & Creative Services) Newsletter by curating engaging content, coordinating contributions from team members, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
    • Produce high-quality written materials, including press releases, and internal communications. Tailor content to diverse audiences while maintaining a clear and cohesive brand voice. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling stories and impactful messaging.
    • Assist in designing and delivering training programs materials relating to Client & Creative Services best practices, systems and tools, and brand standards.

    ABOUT YOU

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
    • Previous experience (2-3 years) in a communications, marketing, or content creation role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Sprout Social and social media platforms.
    • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
    • Technically proficient and able to learn new software and platforms.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
