You will play a critical role in shaping our company's message, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring clear and effective communication with various stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of materials, including press releases, newsletters, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage internal communication channels to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
    • Coordinate and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and other stakeholders.
    • Plan and organize corporate events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, adjusting as needed.
    • Provide crisis communication support and manage sensitive information with discretion.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a communications role (corporate or agency experience preferred).
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication tools or software.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of media relations and event planning is a plus.
