Our client is the largest government agency in Los Angeles County with over 30 departments in the County.
JOB SUMMARY
The CSA is primarily responsible for assisting various departments in planning and installing communications equipment and systems for cloud-based voice solutions, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), interactive voice response, automatic call distribution, and Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone switching, and in securing, coordinating, and expediting related services. CSA’s work under general supervision and must exercise skill in working with public and private sector representatives and have a thorough knowledge of telecommunications services, equipment, and systems.
Skills Required:
The Communications Service Analyst I will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; flexibility; interpersonal skills; leadership; organizational awareness; problem solving; excellent oral and written communication skills; and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Skills Preferred:
Legacy telephone systems; PBX, Key systems, Cloud: Cisco Webex, Microsoft TEAMS, AWS and Cisco VoIP OnPrem.
Work Experience Required:
This classification requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience interacting with end user organizations in coordinating the planning, design and provisioning of voice and data telecommunications services, equipment, and systems to meet operational requirements.
Education/Training Required:
A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid California Class C Driver License with no restrictions.
