Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence. • Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully. Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise. • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client. Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets. • Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time. Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable. • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance. Qualifications: • CMCA designation is preferred. • Strong oral and written communication, along with excellent listening skills. • Resourceful and creative problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in computer programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and database systems. • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage daily workload. • Ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers and clients. • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. • Strong customer service skills and responsiveness. • Willingness to attend occasional evening meetings. • Consistently exhibit professionalism. • Must maintain reliable transportation.
