Your Role on the Team (Job Functions):
You will be managing a portfolio of condos and/or HOAs working directly with the Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors; balancing community needs with community budgets; contracting; managing budgets and financials; performing property inspections; tracking and following up on issues; and soliciting bids for maintenance and/or renovation projects.
We are your partner and dedicated to your success, so we provide you with a reasonably sized portfolio, limited nightly meetings, and you will be supported by a team of administrators, accounting personnel, an in-house maintenance department, and the principals of the company to help you provide industry leading association management services.
Candidate must possess previous experience as an association manager; excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, and judgment to set appropriate priorities.
Have a high degree of professionalism; be proficient in Microsoft Word, strong Excel skills, and Outlook.; detail-oriented and still be able to see the larger picture.

Be able to speak in front of groups, be an independent worker/self-motivated, reliable, regularly conducts site visits of all communities throughout the City.
Agile in response to change or uncertainty- able to cope with and lead a community/Board through significant change.
Build strong and influential trusted relationships with the Board members to develop and maintain them as a client and to trust you and CPS.
Accountable for ensuring 100% data integrity and reporting for accuracy for accounts payables, financials and budget.
Prepare annual budget, accuracy, and vigilance in the areas of expense control and budget management.
Ensure multiple bids are received for projects when necessary, project management from beginning to end.
Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all business partners and service providers.
Champion the company’s culture by creating a reputation of excellence in association management for CPS in the industry through proper management of the associations finances, protocols, and procedures.
CMCA, AMS designation preferred, and a desire to earn a PCAM designation is encouraged.
