What Will I Do?
The Community Banking Representative serves as the front-line sales and service banker for Frontier Bank prospects and customers seeking to start and grow a relationship with our bank.

- Provides superior service to prospects and clients seeking to do business with Frontier Bank
- Strong foundational knowledge in basic math and financial services
- Experience in banking, loan origination, and loan processing preferred but not required
- Proficiency with financial software and 10 key typing
- Previous experience as a loan officer is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
About You:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- 3 years related banking experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. College level course work in finance, business management, and/or accounting, or equivalent training, is encouraged
- Strong foundational knowledge in basic math and financial services
- Experience in banking, loan origination, and loan processing preferred but not required
- Proficiency with financial software and 10-key typing
- Previous experience as a loan officer is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
