Community Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time)

📍 Location: Yin Yang Tea - West Nashville, 265 White Bridge Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 🕒 Job Type: Part-Time

Are you creative, social media-savvy, and passionate about engaging with customers? Yin Yang Tea - West Nashville is looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to manage our social media presence, capture engaging content, and assist with marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and update our social media accounts with creative and engaging posts.

Capture and edit photos/videos of our delicious drinks, in-store events, and promotions.

Post a minimum of two times per week across all social media platforms.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

Assist in designing store menus and promotional advertisements.

Help coordinate and promote in-store events.

Contribute ideas to enhance our marketing efforts and brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Strong photography and videography skills (smartphone or camera).

Creativity and an eye for design to create visually appealing content.

Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools.
