We are looking for firms with strong ties to local communities to support Ubuntu Ascendancy’s wellness check programs. These firms will handle grassroots outreach efforts, event organization, and community mobilization to increase participation in wellness programs.

Scope of Work:

•	Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and community leaders.

•	Organize events or workshops promoting wellness checks.

•	Conduct surveys and gather feedback to optimize outreach efforts.
