The Community Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for driving growth at Nurse Next Door. Passion for marketing, driving results and collaborating through Bold Kindness are focal points of this position. Key Responsibilities:
Attend weekly marketing meetings to strategize and collaborate.
Execute marketing plans within your assigned territory to build strong relationships with healthcare facilities and referral sources.
Identify key decision-makers and influential staff to promote home care services.
Report directly to the Administrator/Owner and provide updates on progress and opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales quotas by developing and maintaining a pipeline of referrals.
Work independently while managing your time effectively to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in home care, home health, or senior living is helpful
Proven success in sales and marketing is a plus.
Teachable, fast learner with a proactive attitude.
Valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation required.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or equivalent, is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
Travel within assigned territory and to meet with referral sources..
