We are seeking a community liaison person to connect persons with disabilities with community resources. Ideal candidate must reside or familiar with Rhode Island neighborhoods. This position requires outreach to different communities, contacts with individuals, providing support, and knowledgeable of community resources. Some office duties are required. Bi-lingual speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma with 3 years of community related jobs

Ability to communicate well in English, and prepared to complete the required trainings

Able to complete CHW Certification within 6 months of employment

Previous case management experience is a plus

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in the use of computer
