    Job Description

    Community Healthcare Network, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the under served communities of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens. Through the care we provide at our Health Centers and through our various programs, we touch the lives of 85,000 people annually. 

    We are seeking a Supervisory Pediatrician for our Health Center based in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan. 

    Reporting to the Medical Director, this individual will be responsible for providing evidence-based Pediatric care to our patients including adolescent health care. Additionally, this individual will be a resource to other Primary Care clinicians consulting on Pediatric-related treatment. This individual is an integral of the collaborative care team which includes nursing staff and other services such as Health Education, Nutrition, Social Work and Behavioral Health.

    CERTIFICATE/LICENSE REQUIRED:

    • The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License and be Board Certified in Pediatrics and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in an Ambulatory Care setting.
