    Join the dynamic team at Collective Genius, the premier community for elite real estate investors. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Community Liaison and Executive Assistant to support our COO in managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining member engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative skills with the ability to anticipate needs and elevate the COO’s effectiveness while fostering a collaborative, go-giving culture. • Location: Tampa, FL in Corporate Office • Hybrid In-Person & Virtual Schedule after Training Period • Job Type: Full-Time • Salary: $60,000 Salary, Plus Bonuses Responsibilities: Executive Support: • Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with priorities. • Organize emails, prioritize tasks, and provide timely follow-ups. • Anticipate needs by identifying inefficiencies, removing barriers, and proposing actionable solutions. • Assisting in special projects Administrative Excellence: • Execute member onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate records and communications. • Oversee event logistics, including pre-event emails, calendar invites, and membership notifications. • Conduct monthly audits of member portals and groups (e.g., Facebook, Active Campaign). • Handle billing-related follow-ups, including credit card declines and referral notifications. Member Engagement: • Create and distribute engaging content promotions for weekly calls, events, and newsletters. • Manage and update the service provider database, fostering partnerships and maintaining relationships. • Support initiatives to gather Google Reviews and member testimonials. Process Improvement: • Develop and implement streamlined SOPs for administrative and operational responsibilities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
