We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Marketing Manager with experience in both primary care and legal services to oversee the marketing strategy for multiple pain management locations. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of expertise in healthcare marketing and legal knowledge, allowing them to develop effective strategies that address the needs of patients while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This role requires a creative and analytical approach to increase brand visibility, attract new patients, and build strong patient relationships across multiple clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple pain management clinics while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and legal standards.
Work with the clinic's management team to craft messaging that resonates with patients and potential clients while adhering to legal and medical guidelines.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and website content that align with both healthcare and legal standards.
Collaborate with the clinic’s legal team to ensure all marketing materials, advertisements, and campaigns comply with HIPAA, healthcare advertising laws, and other relevant legal regulations.
Analyze local healthcare markets, patient needs, and competitor offerings to adjust marketing tactics and improve patient acquisition.
Coordinate with primary care physicians, specialists, and attorneys (if applicable) to ensure marketing strategies reflect clinic services and legal considerations.
Handle patient referral programs and community outreach, emphasizing legal and healthcare ethics while attracting new patients.
Oversee and manage clinic website and social media accounts, ensuring they accurately represent services, legal guidelines, and patient success stories.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and refine strategies.
Develop relationships with local attorneys or law firms who may refer clients in need of pain management services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience working in both primary care settings and with attorneys or legal teams is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, legal services, or both.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, especially digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
Knowledge of legal compliance within healthcare marketing, including HIPAA, advertising laws, and ethical marketing practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple locations or clinics with diverse marketing needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, legal teams, and patients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in community outreach and relationship-building with healthcare providers, legal professionals, and patients.
