Position: Community Liaison Outside Sales Marketing part-time position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leading Non-Medical Home care agency with head office in Tracy and serves the following counties: San Joaquin, Alameda, Contra Costa, and Stanislaus. We are seeking a Community Liaison and Marketing Coordinator who will build and manage his/her own territory. This position is responsible for developing the territory by building relationships primarily with Physicians, Hospitals, Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Planners, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Centers/ Board & Care, and Assisted Living.

This is an outside sales position requiring the individual to regularly work in the field, promoting, encouraging, and establishing utilization of non-medical home care services. He/she will develop business and deliver professional presentations to potential new and existing accounts with the goal of building and increasing referrals for home care.

The successful candidate must be goal-oriented, possess a proven track record of sales success, and be a consistent performer.

Duties and Responsibilities

Have a marketing plan and use it to maintain and increase the patient referral base.

Educates and maintains communication with referral sources, patients, and families to ensure patient care satisfaction.

Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Work within Home care, procedures, and guidelines.

Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and effectively interacts with members of the healthcare team

3 years Minimum Marketing experience in Non-Medical Home Care
