    Job Summary

    Seeking a self-motivated individual who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts, for an external marketing position in Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. While this is an entry level position, a background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required) Position offers a base salary with a commission/bonus incentive linked to performance.

    Responsibilities

    Work closely with senior manager(s) to maintain existing referrals and pursue new opportunities with community partners.

    Arrange appointments and build relationships with Hospitals, Social Workers, Case Managers, Community Partners, and other healthcare professionals to increase new professional referrals and nurture existing relationships to continue growth in territory.

    Create and implement marketing campaigns.

    Engage in boots-on-the-ground marketing efforts to build relationships, establish and manage a local presence.

    Be highly motivated to meet and exceed quarterly & annual sales metrics and performance targets.

    Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

    Track and report on marketing activities.

    Present Agency’s Programs to multiple Department Heads at qualified accounts.

    Executing the Company’s business marketing plan and achieve key milestone and revenue targets; developing in-depth knowledge of all competitive product offerings and tailor product strategy; supplying senior management team with up-to-date competitive intelligence; defining product attributes and differentiators.

    Develop and managing annual strategic business development plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives; managing, implementing and executing the marketing policies and practices, which will include market research, competitor analysis, and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare but not limited to.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation, posting, and engagement.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Experience with in-person cold calling.

    Strong follow-up skills.

    Proficiency in tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.

    Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
