    $500 Sign on Bonus ($250 after completion of first week and $250 after completion of 90 days of employment)

    Position: Community Living Specialist 3 - AFC Case Manager Full Time

    Location: Worcester, MA

    Rate of Pay: $23.00 per hour; plus $40 bi-weekly stipend for second language

    Hours: 40 **** Hours per week

    Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm

    Summary:

    • The Community Living Specialist provides direct outreach services to individuals with disabilities to enable them to achieve greater independence. Develops and maintains positive working relationships that assist consumers in achieving self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires. Candidates with human services, residential care, direct care, day program, and caretaker experience encouraged to apply! Spanish Speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

    ****Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience working with elders or individuals with disabilities is required.
    • One year supervisory or human service experience preferred
    • Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
    • Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle, willingness to transport members in personal vehicle
    • Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
