    FiveCircle Property Management is looking for a Community Manager to join our team in the East Longmeadow, MA, and CT area. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience. The responsibilities of the Community Manager include providing top-tier customer service and overseeing community association management. Essential skills include property management, project management, time management, and exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid position, with visits to the communities and attendance at meetings required. CMCA certification is required to manage communities in CT. Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to questions and comments while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence • Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise • Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time. Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance • Organize and facilitate board meetings • Prepare meeting minutes • Conduct regular property inspections • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client • Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets Qualifications: • Previous involvement in community management, particularly in condominiums • Strong proficiencies in property management, project management, time management, and customer service are essential for potential candidates • Must have a valid driver's license • Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and best practices is necessary • Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must • Ability to maintain professional decorum and confidentiality • Familiarity with Vantaca software is preferred • CMCA designation required Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
