    Compensation rate: $75-80k/ year, depending on experience and qualifications

    Hours and location are flexible with weekly meetings in the home office.

    Community Manager Expectations

    • As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with Association Boards and members.
    • You will use your communication expertise, responsiveness and accurate messaging to keep both team members and customers informed.
    • You are naturally drawn to participating in Community events and enjoy being able to combine your professional and personal networks.
    • With your keen financial acumen and experience reviewing financials, the responsibility of explaining improvement projects or returns on investment is second nature to you.
    • Administrative tasks such as site inspections, scheduling, and service requests are a critical part of the role and you take pride in providing accuracy and customer service.
    • You value the importance of maintaining records and work order tracking and are energized and driven to exceed your KPI targets each month.
    • This position is not just a job; it's a chance to grow within the company. Over time, you could assume more responsibilities, potentially leading to a Senior position.

     

    Community Manager Skills and Experience

    • Experience working in Property Management or Hospitality
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Strong proficiency in Office 365
    • Experience working with programs Sharepoint and/or Sinc is a plus
    • Light accounting, financial review knowledge is a preferred
    • CMCA with 1-2 years experience or working towards is preferred
