Community Manager - Residential Real Estate - Base Salary to 75k/year - Summerville, SC

• Our client is a real estate company that has a residential community based in Summerville, SC that they are looking to bring on a Community Manager for. The community is a newer build that is made up of single family homes.
• The Community Manager is in charge of the 200+ unit community and working with the real estate company. There is a small staff as part of the duties. This is a typical Monday-Friday position with some on call as needed during the weekend in case of emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing tenant relationships and resolving tenant issues
• Verify bills and invoices for accuracy and preparing all AR and AP duties along with financial records and accounts
• Responsible for general supervision of the maintenance in all common areas and keeping up to date with federal, state and local codes
• Coordinating all vendor services and repairs.
• Prepare the budget on a yearly basis

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager
• Preferred to have a Property Manager in Charge License or a SC Real Estate License.
• Skills and experience with monthly financial results reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting

Compensation:

• Base salary in the in the 65k - 75k/year range, and benefits.
