The Community Marketing Coordinator oversees all aspects of Taziki’s local community programs for all corporate/ JV stores, with a focus on donations and fundraising nights. You will be in charge of tracking all local marketing programs, including promotion tickets, promotion codes and key loyalty program information.
Job Details
Respond to all donation requests in a timely manner
Place food orders with stores when necessary and order materials needed to promote the brand
Track donations and communicate the results with Area Leaders and Community Sales Ambassadors each period
Track store redemptions of the Family Feast for 4 Certificates
Respond to all fundraising night requests
Schedule fundraisers and communicate with stores, Area Leaders and Community Sales Ambassadors
Ensure all organizations are 501(c)(3) and gather W-9s
Send marketing materials to organizations to assist in their fundraising efforts
Pull attributed sales and send fundraising check requests to the Taziki’s Accounting team on a weekly basis
Track corporate fundraising nights and share the results each period with the local teams
Work with Taziki’s Marketing team on any creative assets needed to promote the program
Communicate with franchise partners in regards to any requests that come through for their stores
Communicate with stores on scheduled events, including expected sales
Retrieve the data on the redemptions for each period for promotion tickets / promotion codes being utilized by the Community Sales Ambassadors
Communicate to the local teams on the redemption totals at the end of each period
Pull key loyalty numbers by location each period and communicate to the local teams, highlighting any major changes that might have occurred
Update Taziki’s website with information on donation/fundraising requests as needed

Qualifications
A 2 year degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field OR at least 3 years of sales experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft and Google programs, with the ability to learn new software programs utilized in Taziki’s marketing and operations
Excellent organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
Physical/Mental Requirements
Monday - Friday. Position averages 40 hours weekly
Some travel (estimated at 20% or less) required for home office meetings, market visits, continuing education, conferences and events
