We’re currently hiring a Community Outreach Assistant to support our expanding marketing and events team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and local engagement

• Represent client brands in person at events and public venues, providing information and fostering positive community relationships

• Help organize and coordinate community events and campaigns, ensuring smooth setup and event success

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, collecting feedback and offering suggestions for improvement

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and achieve outreach objectives

• Act as a brand ambassador during all interactions, upholding a professional and approachable presence

• Complete administrative tasks such as data entry , reporting , and event performance tracking

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

• Positive, team-first attitude with a passion for community building and marketing

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing role

• Experience in outreach, event planning, customer service, or marketing is a plus (but not required)
