We’re currently seeking a passionate and driven Community Outreach Assistant to join our team in Tallahassee.     Position Overview:

    As a Community Outreach Assistant , you will play a key role in helping our firm build and maintain strong relationships with the local community. You will support the execution of outreach programs and initiatives, ensuring the seamless connection between our clients and their target audience. You’ll be the face of the brand at community events, working closely with the team to promote positive engagement and create lasting connections. This position offers room for growth within the company as you gain experience and develop your skills in outreach and marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs and events
    • Engage with local communities to raise awareness of client brands and initiatives
    • Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with community members
    • Help organize event logistics, including materials, staff coordination, and setup
    • Support in developing strategies for increasing event participation and client engagement
    • Track and report on community outreach efforts, providing feedback and insights for improvement
    • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative marketing and outreach strategies
    • Represent the brand professionally at all community events and functions
