    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop Outreach Strategies: Create and implement community outreach plans to increase awareness of our organization’s mission, services, and programs.
    • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and partnership.
    • Organize Events: Plan, coordinate, and participate in community events, presentations, and campaigns to promote our services and initiatives.
    • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, educating the public about our programs, encouraging engagement, and inspiring action to support our mission.
    • Gather Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from community members to assess needs, improve program offerings, and enhance engagement strategies.
    • Report on Activities: Provide regular updates, reports, and data analysis on outreach activities, partnerships, and community engagement metrics.
    • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that outreach efforts align with organizational goals and enhance program impact.

    Requirements:

    • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with diverse community groups.
    • Passion for Community Development: A deep passion for creating positive social change and empowering communities.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple outreach initiatives, events, and tasks simultaneously.
    • Experience: Previous experience in community outreach, public relations, or event planning is a plus, but not required.
    • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve goals.
