    Community Relations Coordinator

    Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a self-motivated individual who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts, for an external Community Relations Coordinator position in the home care industry.

    The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly status reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run networking and educational events, and manage his/her own schedule.

    A background in sales and marketing is required and home care industry experience, while not required, is a plus.

    The skills required for this position are:

    Collaborate with the inside sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion tactics.

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctor's offices and other health providers) to determine lead sources.

    Build and maintain database of potential referrers.
