    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and Execute Outreach Events: Assist in organizing and executing community outreach events to engage local audiences and promote the company’s brand.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing and event teams to ensure outreach strategies align with company goals and initiatives.
    • Communicate with Partners: Coordinate with sponsors, media outlets, and local organizations to promote events and campaigns.
    • Gather Feedback: Collect feedback from the community to improve future outreach efforts and event strategies.
    • Track Engagement: Measure and analyze outreach metrics to assess the success and impact of activities.
    • Represent the Brand: Act as the company’s ambassador at community events, networking opportunities, and industry functions.
    • Align Outreach with Marketing: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community outreach efforts are consistent with brand strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • No Prior Experience Required: This is an entry-level position; however, internships or coursework in public relations, marketing, or event coordination are a plus.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Team Player: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Passion for Community Engagement: Genuine interest in community outreach, public relations, and making a positive impact.
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations is preferred.
