    Job Description: The Blueprint University Community Sales Manager

    Position Overview:

    Blueprint University is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Sales Manager to spearhead attendee sales for our events, including educational workshops, high-ticket retreats, masterminds, and large-scale conferences. This role is pivotal in driving ticket sales, fostering meaningful relationships with prospective attendees, and ensuring that our events attract individuals and businesses aligned with our mission to empower entrepreneurs and lifelong learners.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, experience with high-ticket products, and a knack for creating impactful connections.     Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy & Execution

    Achieve Revenue Goals: Drive $3M+ in annual sales revenue through ticket sales for events, retreats, and masterminds.

    Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales approach, including pre-sales materials, email campaigns, and closing techniques to maximize conversions.

    CRM Management: Leverage Salesforce to manage sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and oversee all stages of the sales cycle.

    Outreach & Relationship Building

    Targeted Outreach: Identify and engage with individuals and businesses that align with event objectives through research, personalized outreach, and strategic engagement.

    Corporate Partnerships: Build and sustain relationships with corporations to encourage group ticket sales and employee participation in Blueprint University events.

    Direct Communication: Engage in personalized communications with potential attendees, including email campaigns and follow-ups, to drive sales and nurture relationships.

    High-Ticket Sales Focus

    Communicate Value: Highlight the unique benefits of high-ticket offerings (retreats, masterminds) tailored to professional growth and networking.

    Consultative Selling: Understand attendee needs and position Blueprint University events as the ideal platform for their development goals.

    Performance Optimization

    Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze sales performance metrics, adjust strategies based on data, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

    Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and effective sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.

    Event-Specific Campaigns: Design tailored sales campaigns for specific events, ensuring alignment with audience needs and goals.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in events, high-ticket products, or community-focused roles.

    Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals, particularly with high-ticket items.

    CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking sales and managing pipelines.

    Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative selling approach.

    Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and execute sales strategies that drive engagement and revenue.

    Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
