    The ideal candidate must live in Birmingham or Nashville

    The Community Social Media Coordinator will oversee Taziki’s social media presence, including 40+ corporate Facebook pages and 24+ franchisee pages (Digital Management Stores). Your primary responsibility is to execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms, engage with our online community according to our brand values, voice, and tone, and drive organic growth through localization and personalization.

    Job Details

    Execute a distinct strategy for each social media platform

    Schedule content across all social handles, including 64+ Facebook pages

    Curate and collaborate on local content for all social platforms

    Strengthen and manage Taziki's online community

    Respond to all direct messages, comments, and communications across platforms

    Serve as the social media customer service point of contact

    Manage reviews coming through all appropriate channels & give reports as requested

    Communicate feedback from reviews to the proper team members

    Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant local influencers

    Increase organic visibility across all social platforms

    Develop strategies to improve performance on underutilized platforms such as YouTube, Snapchat, Threads, etc.

    Keep all social profiles up to date with current information and imagery

    Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance

    Provide insights and recommendations for improvement

    Stay up to date with industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms

    Continually assess social media to stay on top of the social media space in QSR and Elevated Fast Casual to make sure our tactics are on-trend and innovative

    Qualifications

    At least 2 years of experience working directly with social media for a brand

    BS in marketing or related field

    Experience working with multiple social media platforms

    Proficient computer skills and app management

    Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus

    Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

    Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus

    Physical/Mental Requirements

    Monday - Friday. Position averages 40 hours weekly

    Some travel (estimated at 20% or less) required for home office meetings, store visits, continuing education, conferences and events

    Weeknights or weekends may occasionally be required for special events or store openings
