    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist clients in developing life skills, including budgeting, job readiness, and daily living activities.

    Support clients in identifying and accessing community resources, such as healthcare, housing, and employment services.

    Work closely with case managers, therapists, and peer support specialists to ensure coordinated care.

    Provide emotional support and encouragement while maintaining professional boundaries.

    Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when necessary.

    Monitor and document client progress in compliance with state and facility guidelines.

    Facilitate group and individual skill-building sessions focused on recovery, self-care, and mental wellness.

    Ensure clients adhere to treatment and recovery plans while promoting independence.

    Advocate for clients in legal, medical, and social service settings when needed.

    Participate in team meetings, staff training, and continuing education to enhance service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    Active CSA certification in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain certification.

    High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).

    Experience working with individuals in recovery, mental health services, or case management.

    Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and recovery-oriented principles.

    Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Valid Kentucky driver’s license and reliable transportation for client appointments and outreach.

    CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in sober living, rehab, or community-based mental health services.

    Familiarity with Kentucky Medicaid services and community resource networks.

    Training in motivational interviewing, SBIRT, or other evidence-based interventions.

    Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

    Work Environment & Schedule:

    Flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.

    Combination of office-based, field-based, and direct client support services.
