The Central Florida Diaper Bank is searching for a part-time bilingual, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Community Support Coordinator to join our team! You'll assist with our monthly diaper distributions; help plan fun and impactful community events and keep things running smoothly with timely reporting and coordination. We need someone who thrives under pressure, communicates with ease, and brings a calm, can-do attitude to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides community resource information for general assistance
Assist with Mobile Diaper distributions and community events
Data Entry
Create impact reports and analyze data.
Plan and execute events.
Operate company vehicle (must be 25 or older).
20 hour weekly flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in Nonprofit Management, Community Outreach, or Event Coordination
Proven success in managing mobile distributions or large-scale community programs
Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Social media management experience
Experience with CRM systems (Airtable preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish or Creole preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Must have reliable transportation.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must pass Level II background screening Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License, clean driving record and have daily access to reliable transportation to and from work and for travel to off-site locations.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS:
Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Ability to sit and operate a computer for extended periods.
Ability to speak in front of large groups.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Office environment
Must also be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions for community events
Ability to travel within Orlando and the surrounding Central Florida area as needed
Must be available to work flexible hours including day, night, and weekends. Must have reliable transportation.
