The job opening is for a position that involves working a young adult male on the Autism spectrum. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in working with individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities, be kind and presume competence.
They should also have a clean driving record as transportation to community activities and shopping trips will be required. The job requires maintaining proper documentation, following behavioral and individualized support plans, and effectively communicating with the support team, family, and client.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Social Work, or Gerontology (or Board Certified RBT or NADD certification) and a minimum of 2 years of Autism experience.
**The position is open:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 3:30pm, with additional shifts becoming available.
