Marketing & Events Coordinator
Marketing & Events Coordinator Community Veterinary Partners is a growing community of animal hospitals focused on bringing joy to families by providing the best care possible to the pets they love.. CVP is actively looking for a collaborative, well-organized and creative Marketing & Events Coordinator to help us engage key audiences with the CVP brand. The Marketing & Events Coordinator will assist in overseeing, planning, and coordinating in-person and virtual events for CVP, as well as coordinating the development of marketing materials. Through partnership and collaboration, the Marketing & Events Coordinator will work closely with function area leads to understand objectives, provide recommendations, and coordinate marketing and event activities. This position will be responsible for maintaining relationships with external partners and will work closely with marketing colleagues to generate written and visual communications in representation of CVP for external audiences based on an established strategy. Specific event planning duties and responsibilities include: * Being a steward of CVP's brand and how it is represented at events, tradeshows and career fairs * Developing relationships with internal and external partners and coordinating their involvement * Conceptualize and execute in-person and virtual events that meet clearly defined objectives and expected outcomes * Research and recommend appropriate resources needed to achieve success * Maintain an understanding of current events trends and best practices, and an arsenal of platforms, venues and partners to help with the execution of CVP events * Plan all activities and coordinate all aspects of events, acting as a representative of the CVP brand * Develop and coordinate the development of all presentation materials ensuring presentations are ready as needed and coordinate audio/visual aspects of all events * Monitor, analyze, and report on event planning efforts with a focus on meeting event specific objectives * Planning and maintaining budgets for each event * Prepare KPI reports for each event based on specific objectives * Performance will be measured based on maintaining event budgets and the meeting of expected outcomes Specific marketing coordination duties and responsibilities include: * Working with marketing colleagues to understand objectives, timelines and marketing needs for specific projects and deliverables * Coordinating the development and execution of marketing activities with internal and 3rd party partners * Develop and work with partners to develop visually and verbally effective marketing collateral * Coordinate and execute updates across all CVP online properties * Working collaboratively to proactively deliver key initiatives to meet objectives * Performance will be measured based on the timely and effective delivery of marketing activities and their associated impact on the achievement of partner objectives Job requirements include: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field * Proven track record of being resourceful and managing projects * Must be able to effectively and concisely explain position and be an effective communicator * Ability to work independently and in team environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to provide complex information in a digestible way is required * Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills Company Description CVP's mission is to bring joy to families by providing the best care possible for the pets they love.
