    Job Description

    AT A GLANCE:

    Growing e-commerce company in the health and wellness sector located in Wilmington Delaware is looking for a Media Coordinator with a background in advertising and marketing. This entry-level role is part of the Media Team that handles the day-to-day attribution, management, and execution of our DRTV campaigns. The position is primarily focused on DRTV media buying support, including attribution, pre/post log and invoice reconciliation as well as conducting research to optimize creative design and placement to achieve sales and growth goals. In this role, you will utilize our measurement and buying platforms to assist in the planning, buying and optimization of our paid media campaigns.  

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    CLOSELY TRACK AND REPORT TV & DIGITAL ANALYTICS ACROSS CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE REPORTS

    ·        Monitor daily airings logs to ensure schedule, traffic, and guidelines are being implemented by buyers and stations

    ·        Compile and update prelogs daily and be able to note key differences from the intended schedule

    ·        Handle postlog ingestion and reporting into our attribution systems

    ·        Develop, update, and maintain all media lists including master schedule and traffic instructions

    ·        Complete traffic change requests to the stations as needed

    ·        Run, update and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

    ACTIVELY WORK WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS TO DEFINE AND DEVELOP OPTIMAL CAMPAIGN PARAMETERS

    ·        Measure and deliver optimal bidding, pacing, and performance to maximize KPIs

    ·        Ensure creative is properly coded and trafficked for accurate tracking and performance results

    ·        Execute or assist with some TV buying as needed

    WORK CLOSELY WITH THE MEDIA TEAM TO ENSURE ALL GOALS ARE BEING MET AND EXCEEDED

    ·        Assist with financial reporting and invoice reconciliation process

    ·        Help maintain databases of storyboards and creative assets

    ·        Track credit terms and tape approvals for each station

    ·        Help maintain database of testimonial affidavits and other substantiation documents

    ·        Assist with the development of media briefs and substantiation submissions as needed

    WHO YOU ARE:

    ·        Familiarity or interest in learning TV station, Agency or In-House advertising operations and relationships

    ·        Experience or interest in learning TV tracking and research tools for performance measurement

    ·        Experience with digital analytics, marketing automation including ad exchangers/servers and platforms like CORE MEDIA a plus

    ·        Strong quantitative background and familiarity with media attribution models or willingness to learn

    ·        Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solid attention to detail

    ·        Strong MS Office skills, including Excel (vLOOKUP, pivot tables), Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

    ·        Excellent organizational skills and comfortable dealing with large data sets

    ·        Accounting, financial or legal backgrounds are a strong plus
