    Job Description

    Hiring for full time Customer Care REPS to Work from home.

    M-F 9-5:30/ 9:30-6

    PAY:$13-15/ HR based on experience

     

    Candidates MUST still live local!!!

    • Responsible for the handling of inbound and outbound communications with internal and external customers regarding logistics, testing, supplies, relevant results such as alert and critical values, and other support needs in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
    • Ensure proper documentation in client and patient records, update patient demographic information upon request
    • Work cooperatively as part of a team environment and assist other CCRs as requested/assigned and interface with Sales force to keep them apprised of all client issues and concerns.
