Now Hiring: CDL-A Company Truck Drivers (3+ Months Experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid in Two Installments)

Position Details:

• Schedule : 12 days on the road followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
• Routes : Over-the-road (OTR) across all 48 states. Primarily east of I-35, but routes may change based on freight needs.
• Weekly Mileage : Average 2,000–2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and available loads.
• Freight : All no-touch freight for added convenience.
• Drop & Hook: 50-60% drop and hook, with 40-50% requiring live unloading.
• City Restrictions : No mandatory dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Equipment & Support:

• Trucks : Late-model 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
• 24/7 Support : Our operations team is available around the clock to assist you.

Pay Details:

Your pay rate is based on your verified experience:

• 3-5 Months : $0.57 per mile
• 6-11 Months : $0.58 per mile
• 12-23 Months : $0.60 per mile
• 2-9 Years : $0.62 per mile
• 10+ Years : $0.64 per mile

Additional Pay & Bonuses:

• Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour of wait time.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
• Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days.
• Mileage Bonus : Earn an extra 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Eligibility starts the month after your hire date.
