  • Responsibilities

    Now Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers 3+ Months Experience Required

    Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid in two installments)

    Job Overview:

    • Schedule : 12 days on the road, followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
    • Routes : OTR, covering all 48 states. Most routes are east of I-35, but flexibility based on freight availability.
    • Mileage : Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and load availability.
    • Freight : No-touch freight—focus on driving, not handling cargo.
    • Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads are drop & hook; 40-50% require live unloading.
    • City Restrictions : No forced dispatch to New York City or its boroughs.

    Equipment & Support:

    • Trucks : 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths—well-maintained and driver-friendly.
    • Support : 24/7 operations team ready to assist you anytime.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Pay based on your verified experience:

    • 3-5 Months : $0.57 per mile
    • 6-11 Months : $0.58 per mile
    • 12-23 Months : $0.60 per mile
    • 2-9 Years : $0.62 per mile
    • 10+ Years : $0.64 per mile

    Additional Pay:

    • Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after 2 hours of wait time.
    • Layover/Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
    • Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load, $500 after 30 days.
    • Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on safety, productivity, and mileage, starting the first of the month after you're hired.

    Rider & Pet Policy:

    • Rider Policy : Riders must be at least 10 years old (under 18 must have legal custody).
    • Pet Policy : Only 1 dog or 1 cat is allowed, weighing no more than 80 lbs.
