Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Support mobility needs by providing assistance with walking, transfers, and safe use of mobility aids.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and personal preferences.

Provide companionship by engaging clients in meaningful conversation and recreational activities.

Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Offer medication reminders and report any health concerns or changes in client conditions to the appropriate medical professionals.

Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social outings as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare is preferred but not required—training available.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.

Patience, empathy, and a compassionate personality.
