Inhome Advantage is now hiring CNA's for private duty assignments to take care of seniors in Baltimore County who want to stay in their own home but need some assistance in order to do so safely. 1. A couple in Parkville, age 89 and 90. The lady has dementia and requires assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, laundry and light housework. She lives in an independent apartment with her husband, who is her primary caregiver, who recently had a stroke and is currently seeking additional help. Shifts involve over nights Sunday thru Saturday 8pm-8am. They also require a caregiver during the weekday hours, M-F which are shorter 5-6 hour shifts due to family being available. The wife is sedentary and does not want to do much. The husband takes up more of the work with transfers and keeping him busy.

2. Starting in January 2025, A sweet lady who is 77 years of age and is Fillipino, lives in Timonium with her partner, requires companion and/or personal care several days a week. Her partner is currently her primary caregiver but needs time for himself. A caregiver who speaks the language Tagalog is preferred but not required. Along with the Dementia she does have signs of depression. She will require assistance with her ADL's to gain strength in her muscles. She likes puzzles, diamond painting and going to the movies.
