Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a reputable company in Oklahoma City. They are currently looking to add a Compensation Analyst to their team. Compensation on this role is $100-120k.
Skills you need/What you'll do:
- Standardizes job titles and levels across the company, fostering clear career path opportunities for employees.
- Participates in third-party surveys to stay informed on pay trends and validate pay grade placements.
- Serves as an internal consultant, advising on competitive pay strategies, salary increases, promotions, bonuses, and overall compensation approaches.
- Conducts internal job benchmarking to assign pay grades, bonus targets, and long-term incentives while maintaining alignment across departments.
- Manages compensation and incentive programs for a growing workforce, ensuring consistency and alignment across various initiatives.
