    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Order Assembler is responsible for preparing Notice & Subpoena packages for delivery to the client and processing the documents once received. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

     

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

    • Assemble Notice & Subpoena packets.
    • Communicate any unmatched work orders or requests to appropriate supervisor.
    • Keep track of Orders via Excel spreadsheets.
    • Prepare and process signed packets/documents for delivery to Field for delivery and/or service.
    • Monitor documents for assurance that they fall under the statutory hold laws.
    • Modify packets/documents as requested by the client.
    • Utilize SharePoint to share packets/documents with the client.
    • Communicate directly with clients as to progress, updates on pending packets/documents, problems, delays, and/or issues.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2 years of customer service experience.
    • Personal Injury/Bodily Injury legal experience a plus.
    • Detail oriented, takes initiative, resourceful and handles self under pressure with professionalism, calmness and tact.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong reading and comprehension skills.
    • Microsoft Office proficient.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Creative problem solving skills.
    • Ability to;
      • communicate effectively with other departments
      • prioritize and manage multiple requests
      • work well under pressure and meet deadline while multi-tasking
      • work within a team environment.
      • work independently and without oversight for long periods of time
